We're supporting a growing construction organisation to recruit a dedicated Health and Safety Manager to oversee and develop safety systems across the business. This key leadership role involves working both from the office and on-site across various projects, ensuring adherence to UK legislation and ISO standards, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

The successful Health and Safety Manager will:

Lead and support site inspections, audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
Maintain ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 management systems, aligning with organisational goals.
Ensure compliance with CDM 2015, HASAWA 1974, and Building Safety Act regulations.
Support pre-construction and tender submissions with SHEQ input.
Manage training programmes, deliver internal SHEQ training, and coach site teams to sustain high standards.The ideal candidate will have:

Strong knowledge of construction health and safety legislation
Hold a NEBOSH qualification
Experience with ISO systems.
