Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor (Ex-Forces / Manufacturing)
£43,000 - £48,000 (OTE 55K) + Shift Allowance + 30 Days Holiday + Overtime

Are you a Maintenance Engineer or from an Ex-forces background looking for a permanent, night shift role where you will be responsible for 6 direct reports?
Do you want Night Shift where you will be coaching, developing, upskilling and supervising junior staff to enable their technical development?
In this role you'll be working Nights from 10pm to 6:30am Sunday to Thursday. You'll be responsible for 6 Engineers on the shift, managing complex projects and creating PPM schedules.
This company are a manufacturer of wood products, selling into multiple sectors from landscaping to garden buildings. On to a bright future, they're looking increase the size of their Engineering Leadership team to keep up with demand.
This role would suit a Maintenance or Ex-Forces Engineer looking for a Night Shift, supervisory role where you will be responsible for developing 6 junior members of staff.
The Role:
* Reactive and Preventative maintenance on automated machinery
* Managing a team of 6 Engineers
* Working on projects to improve output and reduce breakdowns
* Sunday - Thursday Nights 10pm - 6:30am
The Person:
* Maintenance or Ex-Forces Engineer
* Previously supervised, coached or developed staff
