Responsibilities Including, but not limited to: Proactively hunt for new business: Identify and engage prospective clients through strategic outreach, tailored solutions and robust contract negotiation Win, develop and grow targeted customers - progressing them to key account level. Consistently achieve growth across your territory and service lines; build and execute plans for priority accounts Build sustainable partnerships with existing accounts and new targets; prepare thoroughly for prospect/client meetings (50% face‑to‑face/ 50% virtual) to ensure high‑impact engagement. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Operations and Business Unit leaders to deliver strategic projects and optimise outcomes. Represent NSF at tradeshows and seminars where required. Develop sales plans and forecasts aligned to market needs and growth objectives; analyse local market expectations and partner with Marketing on tailored campaigns. Maintain strong customer relationships to expand offerings and ensure long‑term success. Own the pipeline: prospecting, creating, managing and maintaining a healthy pipeline; keep sales administration current in Salesforce CRM. Qualifications Degree in business, management, economics, or food science (or equivalent experience). Proven success in sales/business development, ideally within the TIC sector or consulting environment. Alternatively, experience working with or for a food manufacturer and managing territory accounts. Strong hunter mentality with a proactive, target-driven approach to winning new business Skilled in strategic planning, prospecting, and winning large-scale business. Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills, including at senior/C-suite level. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and ability to make data-driven decisions.
