Due to increasing commitments, we now have opportunities for a Commercial Administrator who will be based at our contracting office on 40 Business Park, Penrith, Cumbria.
The role is primarily to assist the Commercial team with effective administrative support.
Key Accountability
Administrative support for Buying, Estimating and Quantity Surveying, including processing timesheets, drawing management, logging delivery notes/tickets, updating databases, filing etc.
Ensure the effective organisation and administration of Commercial team meetings or events by preparing agendas, presentations, and facilities/equipment, taking accurate minutes, and following up on agreed actions to ensure their closure.
To effectively communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure all onboarding documents are distributed and returned correctly.
Experience & Qualifications
Previous administration experience at a senior level, working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience and working knowledge of construction administration is preferred but not essential.
Holder of a Full UK Driving License.
Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft office packages
