Job Title: Practice Manager
Location: Kilsyth, NHS Scotland

We are a friendly and dedicated GP practice committed to providing high-quality patient care in Kilsyth. We are looking for a proactive and experienced Practice Manager to join our team.
About the Role:
As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the practice, including managing business operations, finances, and staff. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing new initiatives to improve patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of practice operations, including financial management, human resources, and IT.
Develop and implement practice policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Support the GPs and other medical professionals in the delivery of patient services.
Contribute to the development of new services and initiatives.
Manage and mentor the administrative and nursing staff.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with NHS regulations and guidelines.
Experience in practice management within an NHS setting desirable but not essential.
