CSG is excited to partner with a rapidly growing pharmaceutical company that is shaping the future of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). As their CMC Manager, you will be at the forefront of innovation, leading ADC programs through the IND/CTA process to bring life-changing therapies to patients.
Your Impact
In this dynamic role, you will:
* Spearhead the progression of ADCs through the IND/CTA process and into clinical trials.
* Collaborate closely with research and discovery teams to advance early-stage ADC programs.
* Select and manage third-party CDMOs for ADC development and manufacturing.
* Provide scientific and strategic guidance to internal teams and external CDMO partners.
* Lead the authoring of Module 3 IND applications with regulatory precision.
* Offer expertise in conjugation technologies, linkers, payload selection, and ADC formulation.
* Drive innovation by advising on emerging ADC technologies and industry advancements.
* Serve as the go-to ADC expert within the company for regulatory and analytical requirements.
What You Bring
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
* A PhD in a relevant life sciences field.
* Extensive hands-on experience in ADC development, including diverse conjugation techniques.
* A proven track record in leading and authoring module 3 of IND submissions
* A passion for optimising processes and deep knowledge of cutting-edge ADC technologies.\
* Experience in CDMO selection and management for ADC development.
* Strong understanding of quality and regulatory standards for advancing ADCs into the clinic
* Exceptional scientific problem-solving and strategic decision-making skills.
