The Applications Support Analyst is responsible for managing the MS Dynamics NAV 2015 ERP system and its related interfaces, particularly EDI. The primary goal of this role is to ensure the system operates efficiently while minimizing disruptions. The position also involves supporting ongoing system enhancements, change management processes, and maintaining the overall application infrastructure.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Provide assistance to users experiencing issues with NAV and EDI, prioritising support requests, and delivering solutions through the Service Desk.
-Continuously monitor system performance, manage job queues, and oversee user permissions and access.
-Apply fixes, perform updates, manage test environments, and ensure seamless integration with customer systems.
-Offer frontline support, maintain thorough documentation, and provide general IT assistance as required.
