About the Role

We are seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead our product vision, strategy, and delivery—bringing innovation, customer insight, and commercial acumen to our global leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Define and drive the product strategy across our suite of recruitment marketing solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, client needs, and market trends.
2. Lead and develop a high-performing team of product directors, nurturing a culture of innovation, impact, and accountability.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, commercial, client success, and optimization to deliver compelling, high-value product experiences.
4. Maintain a deep understanding of the recruitment marketing ecosystem and emerging technologies to ensure market leadership and client relevance.
5. Use insights and data to inform product decisions, monitor performance, and iterate effectively based on user feedback and measurable outcomes.
6. Engage with senior stakeholders, clients, and partners to communicate the product roadmap and reinforce the strategic direction of the platform.
Qualifications Requirements
Essential Criteria
7. 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS environments, including 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity.
8. Proven success scaling software platforms and bringing new products to market, ideally within HRTech and AdTech sectors.
9. Deep understanding of recruitment marketing, employer branding, or candidate engagement platforms is strongly preferred.
10. Strategic thinker with a strong commercial focus and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
11. Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills—able to align and inspire cross-functional teams.
12. Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
Desirable Criteria:
13. Recruitment marketing technology experience
14. Experience with UX/UI design tools and prototyping
