We are currently seeking a Project Co-ordinator, who will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of fire safety projects, from installation to maintenance. You will work closely with engineers, clients, and internal teams to ensure projects are well-planned, on schedule, and compliant with industry standards. This will be fully office based.
Key Responsibilities of the Project Co-ordinator:

Coordinate fire safety installation and maintenance projects from start to finish
*
Liaise with clients, suppliers, engineers, and subcontractors to schedule work
*
Prepare project documentation, risk assessments (RAMS), and compliance reports
*
Track project progress, manage timelines, and update internal systems
*
Ensure materials, equipment, and documentation are prepared ahead of site visits
*
Monitor and support project budgets, variations, and invoicing with admin team
*
Maintain strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders
*
Assist with tenders, quotations, and aftercare follow-up
Requirements of the Project Co-ordinator:

Previous experience in a project coordination or project admin role (ideally in fire safety, construction, or facilities management)
*
Strong organisational and time management skills
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
*
Confident using Microsoft Office and project management tools
*
Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work under pressure
*
Knowledge of fire safety systems or industry compliance (desirable but not essential)
