Recovery Team Manager – Mental Health

💰 Salary: Up to £28,386 per year (DOE & qualifications)
Key Health, part of the KTS Group, is proud of the strong partnerships we've built with care providers across the UK. We’re currently recruiting a Recovery Team Manager to lead a supported living service in Northampton for adults with mental health needs.
The Role:
You will manage a small staff team and oversee a service of 10 self-contained flats and a communal therapy space. The aim is to provide high-quality, recovery-focused support that helps individuals live independently and build essential life skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support a team delivering recovery-focused care
*
Develop flexible, person-centred support plans
*
Coordinate with external agencies for holistic support
*
Monitor progress and support transitions into community living
*
Ensure compliance with service standards and contract requirements
Requirements:
*
Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising staff or managing services in the UK
*
Experience supporting adults with complex mental health needs
*
Multi-agency working experience
*
Health & Social Care qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3/4/5 or equivalent)
*
Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
*
Two references covering the last 4 years (one must be the most recent employer)
*
Enhanced DBS on the update service (desirable)
*
Full UK driving licence and access to a car (desirable)
Working Hours:
*
37.5 hours per week
*
Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed
