If you have a passion for organization and a keen eye for detail, keep reading to find out more.\nLocation: Birmingham, Snowhill\nSalary: Circa £32,000\nWorking pattern: 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday\nWeekly hours: 37.5hrs\nHybrid working: Two days working from home and three days on site — either at the Snowhill office or at a client site as required, depending on project needs.\nResponsibilities\n * Maintain entries in the EDMS, scan, file, and archive project documents in accordance with document management controls, standards, processes and procedures to ensure documents can be retrieved efficiently.\n * Retrieve project records and files from the archives and the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) to meet any project needs for information quickly and accurately whilst taking care to keep certain information confidential.\n * Quality checking of how deliverables have been submitted.\n * Provide reports and management information in response to requests.\n * Processing DC e-mail inbox requests.\nDesired Skills\n * Knowledge of document management standards, processes and procedures.\n * Working knowledge of an EDMS suc...
