My client is a successful, family owned business with sites across the UK. They are looking to recruit a Customer Service driven candidate to join their team of 4.
My client offers free parking, company pension and life insurance, as well as social events.
Main responsibilities;
* Handling customer queries via tele and email, responding accordingly
* Analysing reports to check delivery eta’s
* Tracking deliveries and ensuring they are meeting deadlines
* Updating internal systems, ensuring all data is entered accurately onto the system

* Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
* Be self-motivated and able to work well both in your own initiative and as part of a team
* Have the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer requirements
