5. Prepare and present detailed project proposals and reports to stakeholders.

7. Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Development and Acquisitions Officer should have:
11. Proven experience in property acquisition or housing development within the public sector.
