Curriculum Support Administrator - 2 Vacancies

Are you an organised, detail‑driven administrator looking to develop your career in a fast‑paced educational environment? We are seeking 2 proactive Curriculum Support Administrators here at NLC, to join our high‑performing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys problem‑solving, and is passionate about delivering excellent service to students, staff, and external stakeholders.

Working closely with curriculum teams, you will support a wide range of administrative and data‑related processes essential to the smooth running of our programmes. You will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and quality of information across the Group, helping us improve and maintain outstanding standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide comprehensive administrative support across curriculum areas, ensuring the delivery of a professional, customer‑focused service.
* Support student‑related processes including admissions, enrolment, attendance monitoring, exams administration, and maintenance of learner records.
* Assist with data quality, curriculum planning, timetabling, and audit preparation.
* Produce minutes for curriculum meetings and support with the organisation of events such as student disciplinaries and cross‑college activities.
* Process purchase orders, payments, DBS checks, certificates, and online registrations.
* Contribute to improvements and process transformations across the Curriculum Support team, working collaboratively to enhance efficiency.


Essential Criteria

* Level 2 qualification (or higher) in a relevant subject or equivalent administrative experience in the education sector.
* GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above.
* Experience working in an administrative or data‑related role, with strong IT skills including Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
* Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise a demanding workload and deliver excellent customer service.
