Sponsorship Sales Manager
Salary: £45K plus comms

DNA Recruit are delighted to be working with a B2B Event organiser who are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in driving sponsorship sales across global events.
This is an exciting opportunity for a consultative sales professional to work with existing clients while identifying and developing new business opportunities across diverse international markets. You will be responsible for generating revenue through sponsorship sales, building lasting relationships, and delivering value to clients.
The role is primarily phone and video based, but you'll also have the opportunity to attend face-to-face presentations, networking events, and international exhibitions.
Responsibilities:
* Drive sponsorship sales across existing and new client accounts.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative engagement.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple geographies.
* Deliver presentations and attend networking events both in the UK and abroad.
* Manage accounts effectively to maximise revenue and client satisfaction.
You will have:
* Proactive self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Minimum of 2 year's experience with a proven record of success.
* Strong presentation and networking abilities.
* Ability to prioritise, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
* Flexibility to travel within the UK and internationally.
