GSL Education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a forward-thinking primary school in Middlesbrough. This is your chance to lead, motivate, and support young learners as they take important steps in their educational journey.
What You’ll Do as a Primary Teacher:
* Plan and deliver creative, dynamic, and age-appropriate lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning.
* Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities and learning styles.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
* Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to support each child’s academic and personal growth.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching within a primary school setting.
* A genuine passion for education and shaping young minds.
* Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and a positive approach.
* Strong behaviour management and organisational skills.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
