We’re currently seeking 3 full time Business Support Assistants to join the Children in Care team providing essential support to our practice staff members.
You’ll play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the service. We’re looking for individuals who are highly organised, have strong attention to detail, and can work to tight deadlines. You’ll need to thrive in a team environment, be customer- and child-focused, and approach your work with flexibility.
About you:
We’re looking for a proactive, ‘can-do’ individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality services and achieving strong performance outcomes. You’ll be confident working both independently and as part of a dedicated team, with a customer-focused mindset and a flexible approach to your work.
In your personal statement, please demonstrate the following key skills and experience:
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately (including good literacy and numeracy skills)
* Ability to use your own initiative and take a proactive approach to tasks to meet business objectives
* Flexibility to work within a diverse team, including providing cover when needed and multitasking across different roles
* Experience managing competing priorities and adapting to changing demands to achieve results

This is a hybrid role based in Birmingham so you must reside within a suitable commutable distance around Birmingham and have the correct right-to-work documents to work in the UK. Sadly, we do not support those who require sponsorship.
You will be required to work from Lifford House and One Avenue.
