The Opportunity:
Based from their Head Office and working on site, you will be responsible for the full Quantity Surveying function on a Super Prime residential project, alongside a robust commercial team.
You’ll be working alongside top-tier subcontractors, consultants, and architects to help deliver a truly exceptional property.
The role requires a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor with a stable career history and ideally 3 - 5+ years of experience delivering high-end single dwelling residential projects with contract values of £5m+.
A strong background in managing procurement, cost control, valuations, and final accounts on complex bespoke projects is essential.
This is a permanent position offering long-term progression, with further opportunities to work on some of the most prestigious residential schemes in the region.
