CAT B Courier Driver
Location: Basildon
Pay: £14.25
The Best Connection Employment Group are currently seeking 3 CAT B Courier Drivers for one of our clients in Basildon operating within the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain sector.
Our client is an internationally renowned company in the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain industry who are looking to add Cat B Courier Drivers to their team to cover their November to January peaks in Basildon.
The Job role involves working Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday shifts during peak times, from 10.00 till 20.00. The rate of pay for this position will be £14.25 PAYE.
Responsibilities of the CAT B Courier Driver in this Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain role include:
* Multi-drop parcel delivery to customer addresses around the South East
* 65 to 100 drops per day
* Performing complete pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections
* Adhering to assigned delivery schedules and following all job directives
* Assisting the warehouse team with loading and unloading stock at the start and end of the day
* Following all required safety policies and procedures
Requirements for The Job role:
* Category B License
* 5 years reference-able work history
