About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactiveCustomer Sales Coordinatorto join our team in New Mills. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales order process, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time to meet key customer service KPIs, including Case Fill and OTIF (On-Time In-Full).
As a key point of contact for customers, you will handle order and delivery queries efficiently while building strong working relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process customer sales orders from receipt through to final delivery
2. Ensure orders meet agreed service standards and KPIs (Case Fill / OTIF)
3. Act as the primary contact for order and delivery queries
