Position Overview:
* Role: Year 2 Teacher

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of Year 2 students, aligned with the national curriculum.
* Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and approaches.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback and support to promote academic and personal growth.
* Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive and inclusive school community.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, with a focus on Year 2, is desirable.
* Sound understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* A commitment to professional development and continuous improvement in teaching practice.
