Pound Supervisor
NSL part of Marston Holdings Limited, have an exciting opportunity for a Pound Supervisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

What does a Pound Supervisor do?
As a Pound Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the running of the vehicle pound. You will also lead a high performing team of Enforcement Officers.
* Compiling duty rosters and daily records of shift allocations
* Administering and overseeing all routines and duties of the contract office
* Producing vehicle condition and / or reconciliation reports
* The production and storage of all documentation required to operate the contract
* To use and be responsible for the care and general maintenance of any company equipment allocated in order for daily tasks to be carried out
* Completion of incident, health & safety and accident reports
* To liaise with members of the public and give advice on enforcement procedures in a courteous manner ensuring that our customer care policy is adhered to at all times
* Handling telephone enquiries and written correspondence
* Professionally dealing with customer complaints and enquiries
What do you need to be a Pound Supervisor?
* Previous experience in supervisory/management role essential
* Experience using a cash receipting system
* Excellent time management and organisation skill
* Ability to communicate with customers, often in difficult and demanding circumstances
* Strong report writing skills
* Flexibility to accommodate business needs
