Opening hours
Monday – Friday: 7am to 8pm
Saturday: 7am to 6pm
Sunday: 9am to 4pm

Development pathways
First Steps to Management: a 16-week programme for Service Assistants aiming to move into management with on-the-job learning and a path to a Trade Counter Supervisor role.
Power Up to Trade+: a 12- to 15-month programme offering a Trade Supplier Apprenticeship at level 2 to become a Trade+ Sales Supervisor.
Trade Up to Branch Manager: over 15 months, with a Level 4 Retail Manager Apprenticeship and learning to run a store and lead a team.
Learning for Life: open development for all, including Maths and English coaching via Skills Forward for colleagues and families.
