Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the company’s operational departments, including Field Service, Technical Support, and Project Management.
* Provide strong leadership-guiding, coaching, and motivating all operational staff to perform to the highest possible standards.
* Support the Managing Director in day-to-day business operations and contribute to the strategic direction of the company.
* Take ownership of significant customer orders, including planning, coordinating, attending site meetings, and delivering projects to a high commercial and technical standard.
