Responsibilities:
* Analyse market trends
* Develop range structures in alignment with the brand
* Present pricing strategies
* Evaluate previous season and supplier performance
* Accurate forecasting of demand
* Maintain correct sizing, forecasts, and inventory levels onto the systems
* Review budgets regularly and identify cost savings
* Track in-season performance, including sales, inventory and markdowns
Experience required:
* Ability to use data analysis tools to interpret sales data, market trends, and performance metrics
* To be able to apply pricing and markdown strategies effectively to optimise sales
* Assistant or Junior Merchandiser with experience retail with demonstrable skills in planning and trading a department
* Trend driven - experience of working and collaborating with design and buying departments
* Forecasting and inventory management
* Numerically and commercially minded
