We’re looking for a Property Lawyer with at least 1 year PQE to join our growing team in Watford.
You will join a team that handles complex easement disputes. As part of the team, you will gain exposure to all aspects of a property transactions as well as experience in property litigation.
The successful candidate will also have the ability to assist in shaping the firm’s future expansion plans into other areas of property law and potentially even take a lead in setting up a new team.

Key Responsibilities:
 * 
 * Reviewing leases, transfers, and title documents.
 * Managing the transactional process for amicable resolution of Rights of Light disputes.
 * Advising clients on Rights of Lights disputes.
 * Drafting and reviewing complex documents such as Deeds of Release, Standstill Agreements, NDAs and Injunctive Court proceedings.
 * Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
 * Maintaining strong client relationships through clear and timely communication.

The Person
You’ll be confident, motivated, and highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and a genuine interest in property law. You should have:
