This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, ensuring your weekends are free. Role Overview
As a Service Coordinator, you will be a vital part of the Scheduling team, working under the guidance of the Team Lead and Scheduling Manager. Your responsibilities include:
1. Coordinating service appointments for Pest Control Technicians.
2. Collaborating with various departments to align schedules with business objectives.
3. Allocating personnel efficiently and ensuring smooth workflows.
4. Handling customer enquiries, confirming appointments, and resolving scheduling conflicts to maintain high client satisfaction.

* Proven experience in scheduling or customer service roles, preferably in service industries.
* Strong geographical knowledge of the UK.
* Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in scheduling software and MS Office; quick learner of new IT systems.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
* Familiarity with the pest industry is advantageous.
