GVR Solutions are working with a respected specialist drylining & fire stopping contractor based in Hackney who deliver high-quality internal finishes, fire-stopping and remediation works across London and the South East. With a growing pipeline of fire-safety projects, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of major fire remediation schemes. Responsibilities of the Project Manager: * Manage fire remediation projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. * Ensure full compliance with CDM Regulations and the Building Safety Act, particularly in HRB environments. * Coordinate and supervise firestopping, fire door remediation, and associated maintenance works. * Lead and manage project teams including Site Managers, subcontractors, and Resident Liaison Officers. * Develop and maintain project programmes, risk registers, and quality assurance documentation. * Liaise with residents and stakeholders to ensure clear communication, access arrangements, and satisfaction. * Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with RAMS and relevant fire safety legislation. * Manage procurement of materials and subcontractors, ensuring best value and compliance. * Chair project meetings and produce progress reports for internal and external stakeholders. * Ensure accurate record ke...
