Foreman - Airside Project (Heathrow Airport) McGinley Support Services is urgently seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to join the Heathrow Airside project. This is a long-term opportunity with excellent pay and the chance to work on one of the UK's most high-profile infrastructure sites. Job Details Start Date : ASAP (urgent requirement due to Airside pass process) Duration : Long-term ongoing role Location : Heathrow Airport (Airside) Hours : To be confirmed Pay Rates (PAYE Direct) Days : £28.16 per hour Nights : £35.20 per hour (1.25 uplift) Overtime : Time and a half after 39 hours Requirements for Foreman role Gold CSCS Card (essential) SSSTS certification (essential) Minimum 5 years' continuous work history (required for Airside pass) Preferably candidates who have worked with us continuously for 5 years OR through CIS/Limited Company for the past 5 years Proven experience supervising teams on live construction projects Role Overview - Foreman Heathrow (Airside) As a Foreman on the Heathrow Airside project, you will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring health & safety compliance, and managing teams to deliver works on time.
