About the Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of commercial clients, providing trusted advice, tailored insurance programmes, and outstanding service from initial consultation through to renewal.
You’ll be backed by an experienced internal team, and benefit from the freedom to build deep relationships with clients in a culture that values service over volume.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial clients across a wide range of sectors
* Design and deliver bespoke insurance solutions to meet clients’ evolving needs
* Work collaboratively with account handlers and insurers to ensure seamless service
* Drive retention and growth through strong relationship management and cross-selling
* Attend client meetings and networking events to expand opportunities and brand presence
* Represent the brokerage with professionalism, integrity, and client-first thinking
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings both experience and the right attitude — someone who values independence, high standards, and long-term client relationships.
What You’ll Need:
* Proven experience in a Commercial Account Executive or similar role within insurance
* Strong understanding of commercial lines and market dynamics
* Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Self-driven, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
* Cert CII qualified or working towards (support provided)
