We’re looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Leeds. This role is ideal for someone who’s hands-on, commercially aware, and confident building and delivering digital campaigns that directly support sales. You’ll manage content, video creation, reward schemes, and affiliate programmes across multiple brands. Working closely with colleagues across sales, marketing, and customer service, you’ll play a key role in ensuring we reach and retain the right audiences through smart, well-executed digital activity. We’re a close-knit team and this role is fully office-based in Leeds. It suits someone who enjoys structure, clear goals, and working in a business where hard work and consistency are genuinely valued. What You’ll Be Doing as a Digital Marketing Executive * Delivering on digital strategy across both brands, aligned with wider business goals * Managing and growing affiliate and reward schemes (setup, tracking, optimisation) * Planning and delivering content across social platforms (with a focus on video, blog, and rewards-based engagement) * Collaborating with sales, brand, and customer service teams to ensure alignment * Tracking campaign performance, reporting on key metrics, and acting on the insights * Supporting internal teams with digital tools, templates, and technical input where needed Who We’re Looking For Must-Haves: * 2 years’ experience in digital marketing or ecommerce * Experience managing affiliate or reward-based programmes * Strong video content skills (shooting/editing for mobile/social) * Comfortable in a B2B, trade, or sales-focused environment * Great time management and the ability to manage multiple projects * Clear communicator and natural team player Nice-to-Haves: * Editing tools: Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Canva or equivalent * Familiarity with analytics platforms (GA, Meta Insights, etc.) * Basic design skills (for producing simple campaign assets) * SEO, email marketing, or funnel-building experience * Interest in the construction, tools, or materials space What We Offer * Full-time, office-based role in Leeds.
