Job Description:
* Two PA's required to assist with various activities, enabling the employer to maintain an independent and fulfilling life that meets their chosen lifestyle. with availability for evenings/weekends and overnights. If one PA is happy to fill the required hours that needs to be filled, more than happy to discuss that.
Job Purpose & work Duties:
* Domestic tasks e.g. laundry, housework and meal preparation, bathing
* Shopping
* Taking to appointments
* Assisting with leisure activities, outings to shops/town
* friendship and companionship
Supporting with:
● Mobility, ensuring the employers safety
● Personal care and entertainment
● Undertaking activities for employer
● Ensuring employers home is clean, hygienic, and safe
Other requirements
● Working in a safe way and highlighting health and safety concerns
● Assisting with management of employer’s health risks
● Establish and maintain effective communication
● Maintaining confidentiality
Location
● Within the employer’s home (DY8 Stourbridge)
Hours: (110 hours over a 4 week period to be filled, how its spilt can depend on interviewees needs)
Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour
Requirements
● Experience of providing care, personal experience
● Level 2 in Health and Social Care is preferred
● Locally based
● Consistency
● Motivated
● Organised
● Driver
● Good sense of humour
● Patience
● Ability to understand and deliver the needs of the employer
● Ability to undertake domestic activities
● Flexible, reliable, kind, patient and honest
● Good general fitness
● An enhanced DBS check will be required

Current hours needed to be filled (subject to change if needed, to be discussed in person) can organise a rolling rota to create one more flexible to accommodate person needs, with possible options for a few extra hours if required. but until we can discuss in person, this will be the starting point. Any shift ended at 10, interviewee may be needed to stay later or be available for overnight stay if required.
