We are seeking a Commercial Administrator to join a well-established, privately owned residential groundworks and civil engineering contractor. With a strong pipeline of projects and ambitious growth plans, this is an exciting opportunity to become part of a business that values its people and offers long-term career prospects. As Commercial Administrator you will support the commercial team by undertaking the day-to-day administration work, adding contracts to the company database, organising paperwork all whilst learning about the commercial aspects of the business. Drawing Management: Setting up and managing the Drawing Register from Tender Issue to Construction Issue Support with spread sheets and schedules Responding to enquiries quickly and efficiently Ensuring drawing register is kept up to date Maintaining and updating drawings as appropriate Drawing Control: Copying and scanning, producing issue sheets when required Maintain and update links to drawing files Sending revised drawings to all relevant parties Undertaking comparisons of revised information Inputting data into spread sheets for analysis Updating and maintaining records and associated tasks required with the Commercial Department Why Join?
