The Company:
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join a successful licensed clothing supplier are own and licence a portfolio of brands that includes Bench, NICCE, HYPE, Ed Hardy and Farah. Distribute apparel and accessories to major online platforms and high-street retailers. We strive to be a global player in the Streetwear/Sportswear and Lifestyle markets.
The Role
* To day-to-day manage the relationship with accounts across all our portfolio of brands. Ensuring sales targets are met based on annual budgets.
* Working with selected accounts to deliver sell ins and account management. Sending available stock lists on a weekly basis
* Supporting the wider sales team with information on accounts, FTS list and general administrative tasks. Build a knowledge of how to use customer portals with some key accounts.
* Working with sales operations to ensure the orderbook is converted inline with monthly plans
* Managing the sales sample process with merchandising ensuring samples are available on time and sent to international partners inline with GTM timelines
* Ensure all accounts have lookbooks and price lists where relevant – working with the merchandising and marketing teams.
* Be the owner of our showroom ensuring its tidy, has up to date seasonal samples for relevant brands and also has physical visibility of available FTS stock.

* Ability to work in a high paced environment and to multitask.
* Exceptional communicator both written and verbal.
* Highly organised, efficient, and able to work in a busy environment.
* Diligent and conscientious.
* Team player, showing commitment to group goals.
* Efficient in Excel / Microsoft based programs.
