WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FULL-TIME (37.5 HOURS) RECEPTIONIST FOR 3-6 MONTHS WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSION

Role Summary
We are looking for people who are enthusiastic, friendly, and hard-working to join our team as Receptionists.
You will work closely alongside the Reception Team Leader, as well as our team of GPs, Clinical Pharmacists, Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Specialist Practitioners, and administrative staff to deliver the highest quality of care to our local population.
Whilst experience working in a General Practice setting is beneficial, the most important quality we look for in candidates is a willingness to learn and use initiative.
Your main duties will involve acting as the first point of contact for patients and third-party enquiries in person, over the phone, and electronically.
It is essential that you are able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
To succeed in this position, you must have very strong communication skills and be confident in the use of basic computer software.
EMIS, DOCMAN 10, and Surgery Connect (X-On) software experience would be beneficial, but full training will be provided.
