Central Employment are currently recruiting for a dynamic and Outgoing Outbound Sales Representative to join our clients Customer Service Team.
As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you will prospect, qualify, and sign up existing customers from their database, as well as prospect new opportunities. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in outbound calling, possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills, and is highly motivated to achieve their targets.

Typical duties and responsibilities
* Answer or make calls to current clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, with the goal to assist them in signing up for new projects with the company
* Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
* Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing challenging clients, as needed.
* Build lasting relationships with clients and other team members based on trust and reliability while providing excellent and consistent customer service.
* Utilise software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
* Take part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Outbound Sales Required Skills
* Proven experience in outbound sales, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects.
* Good negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle objections and close signups.
* Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage workloads and follow up calls.
* Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proactive and competitive mindset.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating and coordinating efforts with other Customer service representatives, marketing, and support teams.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of workload.
* Self-disciplined and resilient, able to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
This is a full time role, working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm paid at £11.44 per hour.
This role is on a Temporary ongoing basis, with permanent opportunities for the successful candidate.
