CMA Recruitment Group is working exclusively with a growing and established organisation based in Southampton to recruit a Credit Controller on a 6-month fixed-term contract.\n\nThis newly created role has been introduced to provide additional support to the Credit Control team, working within a friendly environment.\n\nIf you’re a confident communicator with a customer-focused approach and looking to build on your credit control experience, this could be a great next step.\n\nWhat will the Credit Controller role involve?\n\nSupporting the Credit Controller in managing, following up, and escalating outstanding debt.\n\nCarrying out day-to-day credit control tasks including payment processing, reminders, and chasing aged debt by phone and email.\n\nLiaising with internal teams to resolve queries.\n\nHandling ad-hoc administrative and credit control duties as required.\n\nSuitable Candidate for the Credit Controller vacancy:\n\nStrong communication skills and a proactive, customer-first approach.\n\nExcellent attention to detail.\n\nComfortable using Excel (including pivot tables).\n\nPersonable and adaptable, with a strong team ethic.\n\nAdditional benefits and information for the role of Credit Controller:\n\n6-month fixed-term contract\n\nFully office-based role in Southampton\n\nFree on-site parking\n\nCMA Recruitment Group is acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this role.
