On a day-to-day basis, your key responsibilities will include:
* Planning and implementing validation strategies to secure regulatory approvals for products in both domestic and international markets
* Deepening your knowledge of site-specific technologies and validation best practices
* Assisting the technology transfer process as the receiving site, gaining hands-on experience in the commercialization and product launch of new products
* Supporting site validation programs for new and existing products, processes, and systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and performance criteria
* Learning & utilizing statistical analysis to deepen process understanding and knowledge
* Monitoring critical variables and key parameters, using data trending to support equipment selection and validation activities
* Supporting validation councils and reporting status against plans, ensuring alignment with tech transfer and validation plans
* Communicating and tracking cost-saving projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timeframes
