We're now looking for EU Data Operator!
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Dealing with internal teams such as EU Operations, UK Planning, EU tracking teams, MIS Data Team and Carrier Procurement
* Throughout the shift, dependent on the task, checking the relevant mailboxes to ensure all mails are dealt with, recorded on the appropriate tracking sheets & filed away.
* Chase any missing documents from either the Suppliers or the carriers in a timely fashion escalating as appropriate
* Ensure all shipments have all the customs documents they require before they attempt to cross
* Identify which Carriers are not complying to the required Brexit Process - attempting to resolve and/or escalating to the carrier or vendor management teams
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Customs Experience - desirable but not essential
* Administration Experience
* High level of attention to detail, able to analyse and verify complex data to ensure accurate information is released
* Ability to create and maintain a strong working relationship with Customer, Carriers and customer Suppliers
* Good knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word & Excel
