We are looking for a bright individual to join our team as a Sales Administrator/Office Administrator.
Job Role:
* Taking calls
* Processing customers orders, invoices and dealing with queries.
* Trade counter sales
* General office admin
* Admin on company website
What we are looking for:
* Sage Software Experience preferred
* Must have knowledge of Office 365 (excel, word & outlook)
* Professional approach to all daily tasks
* Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
* The ability to build good business relationships with our customers
* A history of working in the industry or in a sales admin role
* Must have flexibility to work more hours during busy periods and holiday cover.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 12.45pm - 4.45pm (20 hours per week)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21 per hour
