Our client, a fast-growing leisure and hospitality brand, is seeking a General Manager to lead their Cheltenham venue. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to take full ownership of venue operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving commercial and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
* Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
* Ensure commercial and operational excellence, achieving and exceeding KPI targets.
* Oversee all aspects of venue operations with full P&L accountability.
* Work closely with senior operations teams to maximise service delivery and business growth.
* Maintain high standards of hospitality, food, and beverage service.
Candidate Profile
* Previous experience as a General Manager or Venue Manager in a customer-focused hospitality setting.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and engage teams.
* Excellent understanding of business finance and commercial performance.
* A genuine passion for hospitality, food, drink, and customer service.
* An entrepreneurial spirit with strong business acumen and self-drive.
* Competitive salary package with on-target earnings of £47,000 – £52,000 per annum (including bonus).
