Job Description
An established company are currently looking for an Account Manger to join their team. The Account Manager role involves overseeing the delivery and performance of facilities management, ensuring services are delivered in line with SLAs and KPIs.
* Salary: £35,000 to £37,000
* Office based
Account Manager duties:
* Acting as the main point of contact for client representatives regarding service delivery and works
* Responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
* Managing contractual obligations, ensuring works are meeting set standards
* Managing and coordinating reactive jobs reported by the client, tenants, or contractors
* Ensuring works are assigned to the appropriate contractor and completed within agreed SLAs
* Assessing issues and determining the correct category in which they are to be completed
* Carrying out quality checks and reports to ensure works meet contractual standards
* Ensuring contractors comply with service specifications and agreed schedules
* Tracking the completion of maintenance activities across the portfolio
* Managing and escalating complaints as necessary
* Investigating issues, coordinating corrective actions and ensure swift resolution
* Collecting and maintaining service reports
* Analysing performance data and preparing KPI reports
* Presenting and reporting on performance to the client
* Reviewing and approving works and ensure appropriate costs are recorded
* Preparing cost information to support invoicing and reporting
Account Manager required skills/competencies:
* Previous experience in a similar role desirable
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritise personal workloads
