Responsibilities
* Support the recruitment process from start to finish
* Maintain accurate employee records using our HR system and online personal files
* Assist with onboarding and induction for new starters, ensuring adherence to safer recruitment guidelines
* Support HR administration tasks including contracts, letters, and payroll changes
* Provide routine HR advice and guidance to staff and managers across our schools
* Act as a friendly and helpful point of contact
Qualifications & Skills
* Eager to learn and willing to get stuck in
* Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Confident communication with a warm, approachable style
