We are looking for a PMO Analyst with a focus on Change Control to join a high-performing consultancy team. This role is perfect for a rounded PMO professional who enjoys the "commercial" side of project delivery—screening, validating, and managing the flow of change requests within a vast Tier 1 supply chain.
The Role
Acting as a critical "gatekeeper," you will ensure that all change requests coming from the supply chain are robust, justified, and ready for client approval. You won't just be logging data; you’ll be analyzing the "ripple effect" of changes across the project baseline.

Change Screening: Receive and scrutinise change requests (Technical, Design, Cost, and Schedule) from subcontractors.

Commercial Validation: Ensure that every request has the necessary supporting evidence and clear impact assessments before moving to the approval board.

Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with Planners, Commercial Managers, and the Supply Chain to resolve queries and close data gaps.

Governance & Reporting: Maintain a gold-standard Change Log and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.

Assurance: Support the Project Controls function in maintaining a clear and auditable decision-making trail.
What We Are Looking For

Rounded PMO Experience: You understand the link between a technical change and its impact on cost and schedule.

Change Control Specialist: Proven experience in formal change management/project controls within a large-scale environment.
*
Technical Literacy: Competent in Excel (tracking, basic formulas, and data management).
*
Sector Experience: Background in Energy, Nuclear, Rail, Water, or Defence is highly desirable
