Complex Nurse Specialist
to join our Clinical team, helping us deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care for children and young people with complex health needs.
Location:
Home-based with travel across the Doncaster and Hull areas
Hours:
Full-time, MondayFriday 9am - 5:30pm
What Youll Be Doing:
Leading the mobilisation of new care packages, including clinical assessments and care planning
Training and mentoring care staff, ensuring competence in specialist clinical interventions
Developing and reviewing care plans and risk assessments
Monitoring and auditing care delivery to the highest standards
Building strong relationships with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Providing leadership and supporting investigations when required
What Were Looking For:
Qualified Nurse or RGN with
Co
mplex Care or Learning Disabilities experience
Training / Competency sign off experience essential
Competent in
tracheostomy and ventilator care
Confident in writing and reviewing clinical documentation
Excellent communication skills with clients, families, and teams
Strong organisational skills to manage your diary and priorities effectively
Knowledge of
CQC regulations
and commitment to the
NMC code of conduct
Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
