About the Role In this client-facing position, you’ll support both new and existing customers across a variety of personal insurance products. Every day will bring something different—whether you're helping a homeowner with a renewal, arranging cover for a holiday property, or advising on high-net-worth policies. What You’ll Be Doing Guiding clients through the full sales and advisory process Researching and preparing new quotations Re-engaging with former clients and following up on previous enquiries Managing renewals and ensuring policies are processed accurately and on time Handling payments and arranging finance schemes where needed Maintaining an organised and efficient diary system Supporting the wider team with additional tasks as required What You’ll Need Confidence using Microsoft Office applications Understanding of insurance broking principles Awareness of the Data Protection Act, FCA protocols and GDPR requirements A proactive mindset and strong communication skills Training will be provided, so enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
