What You’ll Be Doing
As a key part of our engineering team, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our fleet operating at the highest standard.
You’ll be responsible for:
1. Servicing, maintaining and repairing cranes to ensure safety, reliability and performance
2. Diagnosing faults across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
3. Supporting breakdown response to minimise downtime and keep operations moving
4. Maintaining accurate service records and providing technical insight
5. Working closely with operations teams to plan maintenance and repairs effectively
6. Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and engineering standards
What We’re Looking For
You’re someone who:
7. Has solid experience maintaining and repairing heavy plant (mobile crane experience is ideal)
8. Can confidently diagnose faults across multiple systems
9. Takes a proactive, solutions-focused approach to engineering challenges
10. Works well as part of a team but is equally confident working independently
11. Holds high standards when it comes to safety and quality
