An opportunity for an experienced client-side Contract Manager to oversee key hard FM contracts within a complex, public sector environment.
Your new role
* Lead contract oversight, ensuring services align to organisational priorities, performance standards, and compliance requirements
* Act as the primary interface between internal stakeholders and service providers
* Manage budgets, forecasts, and value-for-money across contracts
* Ensure robust governance, reporting, and risk management frameworks
* Drive continuous improvement, cost optimisation, and service performance
What you'll need to succeed
1. Essential: Working knowledge of the Procurement Act 2023 (PA23), with the ability to apply it in contract management and governance settings
2. Proven client-side contract management experience within hard FM / engineering services
3. Strong experience working within the public sector or regulated environments
4. Strong commercial and financial management capability
