Deputy Home Manager Nursing Home Location: Downham Market Salary: £55,000 per annum Contract: Full-time, permanent Are you an experienced Deputy Home Manager ready to advance your nursing career? About the Role As the Deputy Home Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth and effective running of the home. Youll provide clinical leadership, support, and guidance to the nursing and care teams, ensuring residents receive the highest standard of person-centred care in a safe and welcoming environment.
