Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support & Sales Advisor to join our Domestic Sales team, in our Birchwood HQ.
This is a temporary position until May 2026.
Location: Warrington, Birchwood Park - Free onsite parking. Contract: Temporary. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm (Office based). 2 in 4 Saturdays, 9am – 12:30pm.

As a Customer Support & Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our domestic customers looking to place fuel orders. You’ll deliver exceptional service and handle complex queries.
Responsibilities
* Handling inbound calls from domestic customers who want to place orders for fuel.
* Asking security questions to validate customer identity.
* Supporting vulnerable customers, ensuring their needs are met with care.
* Addressing customer queries, such as late deliveries, and offering solutions to resolve issues.
* Ensuring customer details and orders are accurately recorded.
* Promoting additional products and services where relevant to meet customer needs.

* Experience in selling and cross-selling is desirable.
* Strong listening skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
